Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging.
We have a one-year warranty period, during which we will make appropriate compensation for any damage caused by non-human beings.
There are several types of merchandise that are not returnable. Special offer products or products that have been used without their original packaging will not be returned.

In order to complete the return process, we need your reason for return and your order number.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items are refundable, sale items are not refundable.

Gift
If the purchase is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you by the merchant, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
If the purchase was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver ships the order to their own address and then ships it to you, we will refund the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

Logistics policy
